Dr. Katurah Jenkins-Hall

Clinical Psychologist, Executive Pastor, and Equity Leader from St. Petersburg, Florida. Dr. Jenkins-Hall is the first
African-American female to receive a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in 1984.

As a 30-year tenured professor of psychology at USF (retired), and an ordained minister, Dr. Jenkins-Hall has extensive experience as learner, practitioner, consultant, researcher, writer, spiritual leader, and mentor.  Her community work includes being the CEO of GRACE (Greater Reach Alliance of Christian Counselors and Educators) and founding President of

Legacy-56, Inc. originated as a group of friends born in 1956 into an era of world changers in which civil rights were center stage, who aim to remember, reclaim, restore, and realize (make real) all that was invested in us so that we may pass it on as we build for eternity.  She is the proud mother of two young adult sons, Bradley and Jeremy.
